I would like to share some health tips with you. Eating healthy is vital to your wellbeing. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, and whole grains should be incorporated into your diet. Adults can aim to eat a minimum of 400 grams of fruits and vegetables every day. Restrict your salt intake to 5 grams per day and decrease sugary snacks and beverages. According to the World Health Organization, added sugars should make up less than 5% of your daily energy intake. The intake of harmful fats, such as saturated and trans fats, should be kept below 10% of daily energy. Replace saturated fats with unsaturated fats, which can be found in nuts and plant oils. Physical activity is also crucial. Adults within the age range 18–64 are recommended to do a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week, preferably 300 minutes per week if you wish to reap additional health benefits. Be sure to routinely check your blood pressure for early detection and control of high blood pressure, which can lead to heart, brain, and kidney issues. Keep up with preventative care like early health screenings so diseases are caught before they worsen.

We cashed out our amusement coupon and received the following joke, so let’s see what it’s about. This one’s called “Flashlights, Chisels & Chocolate Kisses.”

Three eccentric friends went into a vegan chocolate shop. The first was seen with a flashlight:

“Excuse me, but why do you have a flashlight?”

“Oh, that’s to find my favorite, the dark chocolates.”

The second friend had brought a hammer and a chisel.

“Oh my, what do you need those for?”

“Oh, that’s because I love chocolate chips.”

The last was seen dragging a reluctant young man in with her.

“Oh, and who is this young man with you?”

“This is my future boyfriend; chocolates just taste better when they’re a romantic gesture.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Zoë in the Netherlands
