When we are all eco-conscious together, life is better for everyone. If your refrigerator seems to be consuming more electricity than usual, the culprit could be a worn-out door seal, also called a gasket. When the gasket loses its elasticity, cold air escapes, leaving your freezer less chilly and forcing your appliance to work harder. You can test by feeling around the door edge for escaping cold air. You can also try the paper test. Place a piece of paper between the door seal and the cabinet, close the door, and if the paper slips out easily, the gasket isn’t sealing properly. To restore a good seal, try cleaning the gasket with warm water and mild detergent to remove any dirt or grime. You can gently heat it with a hairdryer or pour boiling water over it while keeping the door open to avoid spills. This softens the rubber, making it more flexible and easier to adjust for a better seal. However, if the gasket is old, damaged or cracked, it may need to be replaced entirely.

The joke of the day just came off the laugh press, so let’s see how funny it is. It’s called “Tell & Show.”

Due to allergies, Grandma had to clear her throat frequently, so her five-year-old granddaughter asked:

“What’s wrong, Grandma?”

Grandmother wasn’t in the mindset to explain her allergies to her grandchild, so she replied:

“I just have a frog in my throat, dear.”

The girl immediately jumped to her feet and raced over:

“Ooo. I want to see him!”

!?

And now we have a heartline from Honoka in Japan
