American author Ivan Tuttle shares his life-changing journey to hell, Heaven, and back.
In 1978, 26-year-old Ivan was living a fast-paced life of partying and drug use when he developed severe pain in his left leg, later diagnosed as a blood clot. Doctors warned him, but he delayed treatment, still going to bars and parties. Eventually, the pain became unbearable, and he was hospitalized. After two weeks of blood thinners, he was released, but that night, something extraordinary happened.
Around 9:20 pm, while resting at home, Ivan felt a hand grip his left wrist. His spirit was pulled from his body, and he saw his lifeless form lying in bed. He tried to escape, but the being dragged him into utter darkness. They moved at incredible speed until he heard distant screams growing louder, the most horrific cries imaginable. The stench of sulfur was unbearable, the heat overwhelming, and hopelessness consumed him. Ivan realized he was in hell.
The grotesque demon gripping him laughed with the strength of a hundred men. Ivan passed countless souls who screamed, cursed God, and begged him to warn their loved ones that hell is real. Some were chained in invisible restraints, others clawed at him. He felt their anguish as if it were his own. Pain there never ends, never dulls, and cannot be escaped. Ivan saw massive demons— some 12 feet [3.6 meters] tall with rotted flesh, some serpent-like, others deceiving people through fortune telling, horoscopes, or occult practices. These demons often leave hell to influence people on Earth. Ivan learned that even movies, games, and seemingly “harmless” entertainments often carry demonic deception.
The demon dragged him deeper, toward the center, where Ivan saw satan himself— not a horned figure, but beautiful, shining and radiating charm yet exuding evil. Ivan suddenly understood how satan deceives so many.
Around Ivan, souls told their stories. Reverend James Wolfe, an English preacher who lived over 100 years ago, said he regretted molesting children and stealing; an 18-year-old girl named Mary died in a car crash without accepting Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian); and a jeweler from Asia was shocked to find himself in hell, as he had denied God’s existence. Each was trapped forever. Ivan saw people torn apart repeatedly and demons fighting over who got to torture a false Christian— someone who calls him or herself a Christian but secretly cheats, steals, or commits other sins in secret, making them ineligible to be saved by God. Feeling the hopeless certainty of eternal torment, Ivan knew he was doomed.
Then a thunderous Voice declared: “It is not his time. His mother has been praying for him since he was a boy. Release him.” Instantly, the demon let go. Ivan shot upward, leaving hell.
Suddenly, he was surrounded by brilliant Light, joy, and peace. He stood before Heaven’s gates, glowing like white jewels. Light penetrated Ivan’s whole being, filling him with love and freedom. An angel appeared, about seven feet [2.1 meters] tall with glowing robes, and with gentle authority said Ivan could not stay, as it was not yet his time. He had been shown hell as a warning of what awaited if he did not change, and his glimpse of Heaven now was to observe and later share.
In Heaven, Ivan felt boundless joy, free from sorrow or fear. He saw radiant streets of gold and pure white stone structures. A crystal-clear river flowed, accompanied by the sound of children’s laughter, and two massive trees bore different fruits. The light was omnipresent, with no shadows, and colors were indescribably vibrant. Ivan witnessed angels, including helper, guardian, messenger, and worship angels, each with distinct roles. He saw Heavenly beings, some human-like and others indescribable, like a creature with thousands of eyes. Music filled Heaven, a harmonious blend of praises to God that stirred his spirit. He observed biblical figures like Prophet Elisha and John the Baptist (both vegetarians), and a woman he didn’t know named Esther Remington, a loving soul from California [US] who died in the late 1960s or early 70s. The angel showed Ivan future visions, including interconnected devices (computers and phones), societal moral decline, and natural disasters as Divine warnings. Ivan was gifted spiritual insight to see into souls and tasked with breaking generational curses, including his father’s abusive legacy.
In an instant, Ivan re-entered his body as paramedics were about to declare him dead. His body shook violently as life returned. They were shocked— he had no pulse minutes before. Ivan prayed, repented, and accepted Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. He realized he had been given a second chance, not by merit but because it was not his time, and because of his mother’s 20,000 prayers. He wept through the night, grateful to God, forever changed.
Over the years, Ivan’s visions of future technology (computers, wireless phones, implants), societal issues (LGBTQ [lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, queer] agendas, pedophilia, lust for power), and natural disasters began unfolding, confirming his experience. Ivan now warns against hidden intentional sin— sins people knowingly commit, even Christians—urging everyone to repent to avoid eternal hell punishment (Destiny Image)
Elevating quote of the day: “A spiritual journey is not so much a journey of discovery. It’s a journey of recovery. It’s a journey of uncovering your own inner Nature. It’s already there.” — Billy Corgan (vegan) American Musician
